Adam began his career at a large New York firm where he worked for 5 years in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. This entailed both high level corporate transactions (such as large asset purchase agreements and sophisticated credit agreements of various types) and civil litigation (fighting over the carcasses of large corporate bankruptcies in federal court). In Utah, Adam has advised established and start-up companies in general corporate and securities matters as well as handling over one hundred civil cases before Utah’s Federal District Courts. Adam has achieved numerous settlements and judgments in excess of a million dollars for his litigation clients and has handled over a billion dollars in various transactions for corporate clients.

Before returning to Utah, Matthew practiced with large law firms in Cleveland, Phoenix and Las Vegas. He has represented a diverse group of clients including banks, hotels, real estate developers and start-up businesses. Matthew currently focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, business law, commercial litigation and asset protection where his knowledge and focus on client-satisfaction have achieved remarkable results and led to long term relationships with clients as a trusted adviser.
